Matt Estep
Managing Partner

Matt Estep is the Managing Partner and founder of Bosworth Capital Partners. Matt leads Bosworth in operating its six portfolio companies and acquiring new opportunities.
In 2010, Matt acquired his first company - Midwest Supplies. He helped the founders transition out of the business within a year, and over a two year period grew the company to $100M in sales.
Prior to acquiring Midwest Supplies, Matt worked at Peoples Energy in Chicago, Illinois. During his time at Peoples, Matt worked in design, project management, and operations management. Matt’s final role at Peoples involved overseeing a utility maintenance facility where he was responsible for leading 250 union employees. Prior to Peoples, Matt co-founded a go-kart manufacturing company and raced as a professional race car driver.
Matt holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Mark Vanderheyden
Mark Vanderheyden is a Partner at Bosworth Capital Partners. Mark is responsible for identifying and sourcing new investments as well as working with existing portfolio companies. His involvement ranges from board oversight to taking direct operating roles in portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Bosworth, Mark held leadership roles at companies within a variety of industries. Mark’s broad experience in finance, operations, business development and corporate strategy provide him a unique perspective that he brings to portfolio companies to help create value.
Mark holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Purdue University.
Senior Analyst
Greg Trinkl
Greg Trinkl is the Senior Analyst at Bosworth Capital Partners. Greg is responsible for identifying and sourcing target companies, conducting due diligence, and working closely with existing employees post acquisition.
Prior to joining Bosworth, Greg worked at Permanent Equity in Columbia, Missouri. During his time at Permanent Equity, Greg helped source new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support operations of portfolio companies. Greg's experience in finance, business development, deal structuring, and operations provide him a unique skill set to help drive value creation activities.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business.
Analyst
Anthony Cavalieri
Anthony Cavalieri is an Analyst for Bosworth Capital Partners. Anthony is responsible for performing industry research and sourcing new investment opportunities for Bosworth.
Prior to joining Bosworth, Anthony played four years of collegiate baseball. His team-oriented background allows him to fit in and adapt to any new challenges that are thrown at him.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Economics from Lewis University.
Michael Aubrey
Advisory Board Member
Michael serves as an Advisory Board Member for Bosworth Capital Partners. He helps Bosworth in forming and executing strategic initiatives.
In addition to Bosworth, Michael is the CEO of Mission Veterinary Partners. Mission is a veterinarian owned network of general practice animal hospitals. Michael is also a partner at MD Holdings and an owner of MedCerts and Delasco.
Prior to joining Bosworth, Michael worked as CEO of StatLab, a leading manufacturer of specialty anatomic pathology consumables, instruments, and equipment.
Michael holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Dan Henn
Advisory Board Member
Dan serves as an Advisory Board Member for Bosworth Capital Partners. He supports Bosworth in strategic decisions.
In addition to Bosworth, Dan is a partner at MD Holdings and an owner of Delasco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of special dermatology products.
Prior to Bosworth, Dan served as President of StatLab Medical Products where he was responsible for the development, manufacturing, and marketing of specialty anatomic pathology consumables, instruments, and equipment.
Dan received a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
